Competition Cheer

This is the registration page for our competition teams. Competition cheer requires the highest level of commitment. The season starts in July with conditioning and choreography. The teams will practice 2-3 times a week and compete in multiple competitions. Tumbling and stunting required at the older levels. Please read and sign contractual agreements sent out by your team coach(s).

The competition registration fee for all teams is $275. (includes HYO fees, competition fees, insurance and partial choreography)

HAUPPAUGE YOUTH CHEER WAIVER:
I understand that participation in any sport or activity including cheerleading, involves the risk of injury or even death and I enroll the above named person at his/her own risk. I agree to hold harmless and waive liability for all coaches, staff, volunteers participants, etc.. for any injury incurred as a result of participation the Hauppauge Eagles, Inc cheerleading, or any other Hauppauge Eagles, Inc athletic program. I hereby state the above named participant has no physical or mental conditions that prohibit full, rigorous participation in Hauppauge Eagles, Inc cheerleading (or any other Hauppauge Eagles, Inc athletic program). I also understand that it is my responsibility to inform the coaches/staff/volunteers etc.. of any mental or physical condition that Hauppauge Eagles, Inc should be aware of in dealing with the enrolled participant during normal activities and/or in case of medical emergencies. I understand that there is to be absolutely no jewelry worn while participating in the Hauppauge Eagles, Inc cheerleading program. Hauppauge Eagles, Inc is not responsible for lost items or items left at any event. Participants must be dressed in a manner to safely participate in the programs activities. I understand that practices, community events and/or performances may be recorded and reviewed for team training purposes. I understand that the enrolled participant as well as his/her parents are expected to behave in a respectful manner to coaches, staff, volunteers, other athletes and to each other. There is a zero tolerance policy and any inappropriate or disrespectful behaviors will be dealt with accordingly at the discretion of the coordinators and Hauppauge Eagles, Inc.
